Novus Terms of Service

By purchasing, using, or accessing any product or service from Novus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Service outlined below.

1. Refund Policy

• All sales are final.
• Novus does not offer refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Eligible issues may qualify for a replacement if they meet our warranty and proof requirements.

By completing a purchase, you agree that you are not entitled to a refund unless otherwise specified by Novus staff.

2. Product Warranty

Warranty periods vary depending on the product purchased.

• Spotify Premium – 7 Days
• Minecraft Accounts – 7 Days
• YouTube FA Accounts – 23 Days
• Prime Video FA Accounts – 23 Days
• Canva FA Accounts – 23 Days
• CapCut Pro FA Accounts – 23 Days
• Apple Music FA Accounts – 23 Days
• ChatGPT Accounts – 1 Hour
• Discord Nitro Products – Full Warranty

Products not listed will have their warranty period specified on their respective product page or by a staff member at the time of purchase.

3. Replacement Requirements

All replacement requests must include sufficient and verifiable proof that the product is invalid or unusable.

For the following products, a continuous, unedited screen recording is required:

• Discord Nitro
• Nitro Tokens
• Gemini Links
• Promo Codes

Your recording must include:

• The unopened or unused product.
• Proof of purchase or invoice.
• The entire redemption or login process.
• No cuts, edits, or interruptions.

Failure to provide adequate proof may result in your replacement request being denied.

4. Warranty Exceptions

The following circumstances are NOT covered under warranty:

• Spotify Premium or Discord Nitro products affected by mass revocation waves.
• FA (Full Access) account credentials being changed by the buyer.
• Supplier-related issues or supplier exit scams.
• Products explicitly marked as "No Warranty."
• Supplier Contact products.

Once account credentials are changed, all replacement and warranty rights are permanently void.

5. Payment Policy

Novus is not responsible for payment-related issues that occur after a successful purchase.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• PayPal limitations or restrictions placed on the buyer's account.
• Payment disputes caused by the buyer.
• Financial institution restrictions after payment has been completed.

Additionally, if Novus payment processors or accounts become limited, restricted, or otherwise unavailable, refunds and replacements may not be possible.

6. Product Usage

All products sold by Novus are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

By purchasing from Novus, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for how you use any product or service.
• Novus is not liable for misuse, abuse, or unlawful activities committed by the buyer.
• You assume all responsibility for actions taken using purchased products.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Novus is not responsible for circumstances outside of our control, including:

• Third-party service changes or updates.
• Account revocations performed by service providers.
• Supplier-related issues.
• Mass product revocation events.
• Buyer misuse or negligence.
• Warranty exclusions listed within these Terms.

Purchases are made at the buyer's own risk.

8. Intellectual Property & Removal Requests

If you are the owner or authorized representative of any service, brand, or intellectual property listed or referenced on the Novus store and wish for it to be removed, please contact us.

Legitimate requests will be reviewed and handled promptly.

9. Modifications to These Terms

Novus reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

By continuing to use our services or make purchases after any changes are made, you agree to the latest version of these Terms.

10. Final Agreement

By purchasing from Novus, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and accepted these Terms of Service.
• All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Warranty coverage varies by product.
• Replacement requests require valid proof.
• Warranty exclusions apply in specific circumstances.
• You are responsible for the use of any products purchased from Novus.

Purchasing any product or service from Novus constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Service.
